  Terry was excellent, explaind everything in simple terms so it was easy to understand. The locations he chose were great [places I didn't know about].He knew Sydney like the back of his hand which made it simple to navigate. Would recommend this to anyone.

  My sunset tour with Terry was a private 1:1 tour and was excellent. Terry took time to gauge my level of knowledge and experience and tailored the evening around that. He was happy to teach and share his skills and I came away with new learning and a set of images that I am very happy with. Highly recommend this trip. Terry is a top guy.

  1st thing Terry was very apologetic and gave me a full refund. He was very professional and I wish I could add to his 5 star reviews. I had a scheduled trip on the arriving day of my cruise. I received a email prior to leaving my home in the US with a meeting point which was across town. I had no internet or cell phone service while in Sydney so I went to the meeting point on my receipt at the appropriate time. Terry did not show up. By the time I was able to get in contact with him it was 30 minutes after the time. He then asked me to walk to the town hall which wasn't far, but again he wasn't there. after waiting and getting angry I decided to just cancel. I was really looking forward to this tour and it was the number 1 thing on my list for the entire vacation. I really think that for people coming from such a long distance that if you give them a meeting point and then change it, you should go to the previous spot unless you have received a confirmation that they are aware of the change. This turned out to be the only clear sunny day on my stay in Sydney and I missed it. The 2 stars are for how professional Terry was in handling the situation. I'm not sure if I will ever make it back to Australia, sure hope so. Maybe I'll give Terry another chance.

  Terry was a fantastic guide and teacher. He pitched his instructions at the right level based on my knowledge (or lack of) and had me taking awesome pictures from amazing locations as the tour went along. Sydney Harbor must be one of the most beautiful locations in the world, and Terry knows how to get the best out of it. I learnt a lot, and loved every minute of it.

  This tour was a wonderful experience! Terry is a great teacher - he took me from "being on green" (automatic setting on my camera) to using some of the manual settings on my camera over the course of the afternoon. Terry's love of photography and teaching was evident as he took the time to assess our "camera skills" individually and then take each of us to a higher level of understanding. We visited some out of the way locations to get great vistas of the city, the bridge, and the Opera House while enjoying good company and learning new skills. Only wish I had known about the other Picture Me Sydney tours while planning my trip because I definitely would have signed up for one of the full day experiences!

  Terry helped us learn how to use manual on the camera which was very good. Terry was very careful in explaining concepts, making sure we understood. He was a good teacher asking us questions so he knew what to explain to us.

  I happened to be the only person on this particular instance of the tour, and Terry proved to be a great coach who personalised the tour and the kind of photos to take based on my style, my experience level (or lack thereof!), and this meant I got some very good shots out of it :) I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to capture sunset photos of the Sydney Harbour Bridge or the Opera House: Terry knows some great spots that are off the beaten track and work really well!

  The overall tour was pleasant and informative. Terry gave us a bit of history while bringing and showing us the best places to take photos. He also provided some suggestions on where to go and how to get to a few other places.

  The Sunset Tour was a wonderful experience! I really enjoyed it ! You will discover breathtaking point of vue, learn a lot about your camera, settings, composition etc... and about Sydney history! Terry is a great teacher, you will have a very good time !

  Terry brought us to places which we probably had never found as mere tourists; starting with great locations we have received fantastic coaching how to compose and how to build a convincing storyline - an immediate difference in my pictures became visible. During the night I got trained in using super long exposure times to smoothen waters up to creating a mirror, to capture lights which the eye hardly sees and to build superb compositions using fore- and background. All in all highly recommendable, also since Terry in his easy personal approach delivered a lot of historic side information.
