Greek Fest Glendi is a signature cultural event in Townsville. It has provided a wonderful opportunity to embrace the Greek culture over a weekend of non-stop entertainment, wonderful cuisine, music and dance. The word ‘Glendi’ translates to festivity, revelry, merrymaking – a celebration.
The festival has always been and continues to be, a free event for over 25,000 attendees. There will also be a variety of children's entertainment and fun filled activities for the whole family to be involved in.
The festival will be staged at the Riverway Precinct, Thuringowa Central.
